  • Management positions include roles such as business managers, operations managers, project managers, and department heads. These individuals are responsible for overseeing and directing the work of employees and ensuring that business goals are met.
  • Administrative positions may include roles such as executive assistants, office managers, and administrative coordinators. These individuals are responsible for managing administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and organising office operations.
  • Executive and Secretariat positions play a vital role in the relationship between the minister's offices and the department. They coordinate and maintain quality control and act as a central point for information on ministerial and government policies.
  • Finance positions may include roles such as accountants, analysts, financial managers travel clerks and accounts payable. These individuals are responsible for managing financial operations, such as budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis.
  • Customer service positions may include roles such as customer service representatives, permits officers, account managers, and customer support specialists.
